Without exception, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have ANY problems with your order as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued. The nature of each product does not allow for it to be returned because of quality standards.

 

IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged please contact us with your situation and include your order number, your name and a clear photo of the item(s) and the outside of the package within two (2) days of receiving said order. All products that are damaged will be replaced as long as these criteria are met.

IF YOU HAVE QUALITY ISSUES WITH ITEMS

If there is a quality issue with your purchase or you received the wrong item(s), please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order with the details and we will get back to you promptly to sort out the matter.
 

IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED AS STATED

Ouroboros Herbals is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we urge you to file a claim with the USPS.  If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please contact us, quoting your full name and order number. You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point, we can NOT guarantee we will be able to stop your order from being processed even if you email immediately after placing your order. If your order has already been shipped when we receive your Notice of Cancellation we will NOT be able to cancel said order.

 

Ouroboros Herbals reserves the right to monitor customer cancellations or claims, and charge administration fees, payment processing fees and refuse replacement if a customer is repeatedly found to be buying & canceling or making claims. Each case is assessed on an individual basis taking the customer history into consideration.
